Early Action Discount:
We understand that life is full, and even important decisions can get delayed once the planning process begins.
To encourage steady follow-through, we offer an Early Action Discount for clients who complete each step within a timely window. We’ve found this creates a true win-win.
You receive your completed estate plan more quickly — giving your family clarity and protection sooner. And we’re able to move your plan efficiently through our workflow, ensuring each family we serve receives focused, attentive care.

The Estate Planning Process:
Design Meeting
We begin with a comprehensive design meeting to understand your family, your values, and your goals. Together, we build your legal strategy. The first half of the flat fee is due at the conclusion of this meeting.
Drafting & Delivery
Our firm carefully prepares your customized estate planning documents and delivers your Review Copy. The remaining half of the flat fee (subject to any Early Action Discount) is due upon delivery of your drafts.
Review & Revisions
You’ll have time to thoughtfully review your documents and provide feedback. We make any requested revisions to ensure your plan reflects your wishes with precision.
Final Delivery
We provide your final, execution-ready documents incorporating all approved changes.
Signing Ceremony
To complete the process, we host a signing ceremony at no additional cost, provided it is scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. This ensures everything is properly executed and legally effective — giving you lasting peace of mind.
Probate Procedures:
At Faithful Stewardship Law Firm, we focus exclusively on uncontested probate matters so families can move forward with peace. If a contest/dispute unexpectedly arises, those matters are handled separately and billed at an hourly rate.
Every probate case is structured with transparency from the very beginning.
Our fees are divided into clear phases:
- A portion due at case initiation
- A portion due before the court hearing is scheduled
- A final portion due after any required compliance work is completed (if additional steps are needed beyond the hearing)
Because each probate matter varies in complexity, the percentage allocation differs depending on the type of probate involved. We explain everything upfront so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises, just steady guidance through each step of the process.
